Warranty Policy



1. 12 months warranty on Winjet automotive lights.

2. 24 Months warranty on Off-Road / Work LED lights

3. 24 Months warranty on STAINLESS STEEL and 12 Months warranty on POWDER COATED Bull Bars and Side Steps.

4. 12 Months warranty on all Fender Flares.

5. 60 Day warranty on all Wheel Covers/Hub Caps.

6. Winjet Automotive Inc. Warrants that all of its products shall be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship for the policy specified. Any Winjet product found to be defective shall be replaced through its original supplying wholesale/retail distributor.

7. Automotive lamp bulbs, which are by nature subject to varying degrees of use and wear, are specifically excluded from this warranty.

8. This warranty applies only to those products that have been installed on the exact vehicles for which they were designed for. Incorrect installation or damages resulting from collision, negligence, misuse, or modification is not covered under specified warranty.

9. Cracked lens is not considered a warranty issue and thus not covered under Winjet Automotive Inc Warranty Policy.



Return Policy

All Products shipped from our warehouse are carefully checked, tested, inspected, and packaged.



Shortage:Please check the number of cartons against packing slip/freight bill at time of delivery. Claims must be made within 48 hrs receipt of merchandise or no claims shall be accepted. Do not deduct shortages from invoice payment; credits will be issued accordingly upon verification.




Damages:Rest assured all items go through an extensive check and are carefully packaged. However, should any package appear or received damaged, please note at time of delivery and make claim with the responsible center.



Return:

1. Photo documentation of any claim must be provided to qualify for return or exchange. Photo(s) must clearly show any defect(s) or damage(s).

2. Any returned merchandise must be accompanied by an assigned RMA Number. Item number, sales invoice, quantity, and reason returning are required.

3. All returns or adjustments are subject to inspection and approval. Winjet reserves the right to deny or issue partial credit. No credit if merchandise is abused, improperly installed, used, damaged, or modified.

4. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for returns not due to manufacturing defect or ordering error.

5. Merchandise returned "collect" is refused upon delivery. Shipping charges must be shipper's sole responsibilities. Call tags/return shipping labels are issued upon Winjet's request.

6. No deduction should be made on payment before a credit is issued. Credit will be issued when parts have been returned to Winjet warehouse and inspected by Winjet technicians.

7. Credits are applied to account or their NET VALUE with applicable discount deducted. No refund checks will be issued.

8. RMA is for Winjet products only. Non-Winjet products received will be shipped back at customer's expense or destroyed within 10 days.

9. All return must be marked with a RMA# on the shipping label or outside package, otherwise they will be refused.

10. Returns must be returned in original packaging, in new, unused, uninstalled condition.


11. Returns received showing signs of usage or damage, which includes but not limited to scratches, chips, cracks, swirls, or sign of modifications will be rejected and denied credit

12. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA #, or the RMA # is considered expired and invalid after this time.
